kan kebutuhan kalori ku di apk ini 1600 ya tapi aku kalau makan cm 1200 - 1300 an aja apa aku harus makan pas di kalori 1600 itu / 1200-1300 itu gk papa. semoga ada yg berkenan menjawab terimakasih ya
