Well, the holidays kicked my butt! Ok, so it was me and not the holidays. I hadn’t eaten sugar in 11 months and once I had it, I wouldn’t stop. I decided I better get back to eating right while I’m still in the 10 pounds to lose range because the way I was going, it was going to be out of control and overwhelming before I knew it. Sooo, here we go again.
