Worked in the yard trying to stay busy while the hubby is gone. Was beautiful here is Florida

Had started adding 1 healthy carb to my diet. Seems to be okay, increased my calories to 700-800. Feel pretty good. Losing slowly, feel like I am on a good track.
103.9 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 35.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
