I forced myself outside today for a slow jog around the block (1/2 mile). It was so nice out and my older son Connor went with me on his bike. If I could get up a little earlier I could get in one mile in the mornings.
I really enjoyed it!
On another note, I really need to start drinking more water. I have been really bad at it and I have got to get back into it.
The basics always seem to get people.

Great for getting out and jogging! I have a really hard time with water too..Just give it to me intravaneously (horrible spelling there) and I'll be good.
