Been eating too many sweets the past month - especially Haazen-Dazs. I just have to STOP buying it completely! I buy it for my husband and then . . . . you can guess the rest. And the results are showing. UGH!

78.1 kg Lost so far: 26.2 kg. Still to go: 7.8 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.

I know exactly what is happening. If my husband buys it, it evaporates in our freezer, but the vapors increase my weight too!
