Well Since the last time I logged on I went to Beauty School and moved to be closer to school so i could take the bus because i had no car/liscence. almost 1 year later i'm back at my starting weight because I had no time at all to eat right, full time school + part time work + taking the bus, = the quick and easy solution- fast gunk. ew ew ew ewwwwww.
But Here I am Starting my New Career and my last weekend at my old job. not only with more time to commit to myself , more $ to buy organic, unprocessed, natural nutritious food :D
I will do it this time, failure is not an option :)
The plan from now on- Water Water and more Water. Lots of Veggies and Fruit, more whole grain for carbs instead of processed bleached crap, bleach is for hair and cleaning only XD First 2 weeks starting Monday morning (5-26-09)30 mins of Cardio ( DDR for me :D) EVERYDAY + Mastering Routine #1 from Carmen Electra's Aerobic Video for some extra toning :) Every other day work out with weights
