Yesterday was a good day, I managed to stick to OMAD & ate well. I'm back to Friday's weight before the indulgent weekend. Onwards & downwards.
I've done my 6 km walking yesterday, and today my friend and I will start training to jog the 4 km that we walked for January. Ended up with 18500 steps yesterday & kept my calories well under 1300, without feeling hungry or deprived.
Keep on keeping on! Consistency beats everything else all the time!
