I’m so frustrated. It’s been two weeks. No more soda. Eating better. Keeping calories under 1200. Drinking lots of water and walking. Just need to vent.

I’m sticking to the plan. Yes I have been hungry a lot, but I’m feeling full. Trying so hard. I am proud of my self, but the numbers are no going down - sugar levels and lbs. blood pressure seems to be good though.
