I'm celebrating a victory! Last night I had eaten dinner and had my snack .. but I was still so tempted to eat more, even though I was completely satisfied and didn't need anything more. I struggle with sugary treats .. and the cookies were calling my name! I had already had my sweet treat for the day (I am only allowing myself one treat a day right now). Normally I would go ahead and splurge without a second thought .. but last night I didn't give into the temptation! :D Tomorrow is my weigh in day .. and I'm actually feeling pretty optimistic about it. That's a NICE change over feeling dread!
