Hi all. I've been more or less keto plus Whole 30 for a couple of years, with basically no progress. I'm not very compliant . Not anywhere in my life am I compliant. Makes it hard to reach goals. But I'm going to be tracking my intake and posting attention to my macros. I had stopped for a long time. Back on the horse!
