So a lot of personal stuff happened, so I haven't been recording, watching what I eat, or exercising. Frankly, I haven't had the mental capacity to deal with all that. Things are getting manageable now, so I'm getting back on the wagon again.
Crappy breakfast will not dictate my day. Eating a healthy lunch and dinner, and I'm going to the gym. There's a kettlebell exercise I want to try that is supposed to help tone up the mommy-paunch stomach.
I can do this thing called life. I can do this.
