I have a tunnocks tea cake to quell the sweet tooth.. 106 calories and very sweet. One is enough.

Instead of depriving urself altogether, find satisfaction in just a taste🤙🏽

Try 80/20 strategy .80% eat healthy food and 20% rest of food .Your mind is peaceful because you do not forbid yourself anything. when you want a cookie as a snack, eat it and be less calm. include them in your daily caloric intake. I have been doing this for a long time and it works best.

I always save some calories for after dinner. I allow myself 2 after eight dinner mints and a cuppa. they're 35 calories each so won't break the bank! 😁

I’ve had to include the things I crave - I can’t substitute them. If I try to have a biscuit when I’m craving chocolate, I end up having the biscuits and then the chocolate.

Absolutely know the feeling! I’ve been having yogurt with overnight oats or chocolate coated rice cakes lately. Hot drinks are great too 😋

have it but limit yourself. I find stronger chocolate satisfies me more with less. Also putting it in the fridge so if takes longer to melt in the mouth. 70% Is my fave, a small bit and I can still taste it in my mouth for a long time after. yet if I had galaxy I'd want to scoff the lot!

I would suggest having a packet of rice cakes in the house. After a couple of those bland, cardboard, super low calories pieces of carpet, I don’t want to eat anything else!! Victory achieved….

I have some curly wurlys, small chocolate bars and nought. All around or just over 100 calories each but helps with sugar cravings.

I used to keep curly wurlys in the freezer.............then they take ages to eat. I stopped doing it now though, worried about pulling my fillings out!!
