I've been reluctant to jump back on the scales because I know that I have converted some fat to muscle weight but I have also been indulging in the wrong foods. I tell myself that Im allowed to do this because I am going to the gym 4-5 times a week but that just does cut it any more. I need to get back on track and be responsible for what I put in my mouth!
85.8 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 17.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week

At least I'm not back to my starting weight. Is that a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel?
