Ok, guys I know I haven't posted much lately, I haven't even been able to weigh myself lately due to my scale on the fritz, (I can get the weight part to work but no matter what it will not load the rest of my stuff that I need to track my progress like the fat %, Water intake %, Muscle mass %, Bone %, Kcal, or even my BMI.), but I did get to the doctors and I was 274.3 (that was after I ate 2 meals) so that was an improvement that I am super proud of. Now I possibly have covid so I have had a major setback. I will weigh myself tomorrow and hopefully get a good reading, even if its just weight for now until I get my taxes back and get me one that I can Bluetooth to my phone and keep track that way,I have major plans that I want to put into action here soon as it warms up, I at least want to be down to 240- 250 by summer if not more.
