So, I've stopped counting calories and I don't care. I really want to stop feeling like a failure when I eat too many calories and focus on working out and eating healthy. I've been trying to add fruits and veggies in my diet as much as possible. It's really been working. In 3 days I have my weigh in and I am hoping so so so so so hard that I get under 112.8. I haven't seen a number under that yet so I really gotta push hard at the gym the next three days as well as stick to healthy eating. Wish me luck, and thanks for the support, I really appreciate it.

i feel like that is exactly what you need to do. eat when you are hungry. fuel your body with healthy foods and dont obsess. you are NOT a failure! feel good about how far youve come and stay positive- that is the key! you will reach your goal in no time! good luck, my friend! :)

totally agree with LuLu11 on this, focus on the big picture and you'll be fine- happier too, cos micromanaging the calories is stressful! go hard you got this!
