I've done a lot of recording at home...not as intense as I was when I'd record on here though. I'm not really sure how much I weigh because I have not done a weigh-in for a while too. I feel like the first few months on the site gave me the confidence to watch what I eat and not over due it...I'm more aware of what and when I consume food. If I find myself sitting around on a day I know was high calorie I do something active in place of just sitting around that's different from what I WAS doing before mid Jan. I hope that I'm not cheating myself of pounds I could be losing by not logging in EVERY LITTLE thing I eat (or not recording at all)Keeping track does required a little bit of time...I love the set up of FS but it's very time consuming to type in stuff everyday. I was feeling guiltly for only consuming 800 cals most days (when I'd record food) that I'd hit the pantry and pig out just to get in another 500 just to have a Full feeling mindset. I'm going to see how I do for a month recording in my mind daily...I'm off work (as of this Friday) for the summer I know I will burn tons of cals by deep cleaning and organizing closets, cabinets that I don't have the daily free time to do. Yay for SUMMER TIME!!

I think you will do just fine, especially with all the calories we burn during the summer. The heat has got to help some too haha Let your body tell you how many calories it needs. I am struggling with this as well. You know how to make smart choices now. Dont be afraid to trust yourself
