I feel terrible. Everyday is a harder struggle just to move. What did I add to my meals that would make me feel this way? (Rolled Oats, Summer Fruit Blend, Yoghurt, Bananas, White Rice.) I am going to cut these items out of my meals. I think I may be consuming too many carbs. Watch this space.
