I may start recording my weight just once or twice a week because I am going up and down like a see-saw. I don't think I did anything different yesterday but I am up .6 of a lb. The only thing I can think of is I put some salt on my cauliflower. A little discouraging.

You are doing great. Maybe, like you said, a little water retention. The salad dressing has some sugars in it and salt too. Drink plenty of water and that should flush your system out.

Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight. Weighing once or twice a week might be better. Fluctuations are normal.
