I really hate this plateau. I seem to be doing more exercise and eating far better, yet I seem to have stalled.

I hear you. The leaders say "don't give up" but it's hard not to!

Well, on you chart, it says that you ate "poorly" the last week or so. Other than that, you were losing quite regularly. So get back to doing what you were doing before and you will be fine.
