Only lost 1 lb this week. I was hoping to lose more and be under 300 lbs. I worked out and tried to watch what I ate. I'm wondering if being sunburnt from head to toe is making me retain some water? Either way, I'll just keep on trying and i'll get to where I want to be eventually :)

I'm sure it has to do with a combination of being sun burnt and having exercised more than normal - your body's just trying to catch up with all the new things you do... I'm confident you'll see a big drop next week! I have found that when I put in a ton of effort, it usually shows up in the following week (I guess my body is slow to catch on! LOL).

Also be sure you're drinking plenty of water. Somewhere I read that when working out hard your muscles will actually retain water. I find if I'm well hydrated I will see a pretty good drop. Keep up the great work! You're so close to 300, it won't be long now.
