It's crazy to think that even when you eat healthy at the weekend and keep your calory count low you can still gain, scratching my head on this one, and going to just stick with salads this week and stay off meat I think 🤔

Don’t let it get you down fluctuations in weight are very normal could be water retention i always found weighing in on a Friday morning works best for me because over the weekend I’ll usually eat more carbohydrate based meals causing water retention

I have noticed that if I am dieting and come off-plan at the weekends (even a little bit) it sets me back. So now I just power through the weekends too until I get to where I want to be............then I relax a bit.

Hello Cosiz no need to cut out neat, just measure your portion sizes. I'm in the same boat. Don't worry. We will sort it out good luck. Merry Mel 🤩.

Thanks Guys, really appreciate the support, I didn't really eat a lot over the weekend, think that's the frustration, however don't think I drank enough water either. Nonetheless, back to it this morning, I feel of I can focus this week I can get down to at least 71kg or lower 🤞🤞have a great all ❤️
