I actually started dieting on April 15th and went to the dr. yesterday and got weighed in at 261. I lost 17 pds. I cut back on the carbs, eat 3 meals a day and maybe 1 snack if any and drink tooooo much water, lol.
118.4 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 39.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
