lost a pound although does not show up as I miscalculated the last entry. feel less bloated and a bit lighter. one thing I have noticed is that I am less hungry. planned next weeks meals. today is a day of exercise. walk round the harbour 1/2 hour and swim 50 minutes.
76.7 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
