ok so I felt like I did really bad food wise yesterday. I did fine up until dinner. I had about two table spoons ( maybe a little more but max of four) of cream cheese crab dip and then a milky way candy bar. But when I added the calories of the milky way bar and what three table spoons of cream cheese is I am still below my calorie needs. I am supposed to have 1800 cals a day and I was way below that (1200) so even if I underestimated how much of the creamcheese was I actually still did pretty good.
