I am getting depressed its been 4 weeks and I am still at the same weight I was the first week, I lost 12 pounds and not a single oz since, what am I doing wrong

from the looks of your food journal you are clearly not eating enough. The caloric intake is so low it is likely you are in starvation mode in which your brain things there's a famine and tells your body to hold on to everything it can get nourishment-wise--and stores fat. You are not following the Atkins rules of induction - evidence by what we see in your food journal. Have you read the Atkins New Diet Revolution? Have you taken the helpful tutorials on Atkins.com? Also, I see you are consuming Atkins bars - the are notorious for causing many to stall weight loss due to the sugar alcohols they're made with. I trust you will get this all figured out. Good luck.

by the way, you need to eat a minimum of 1200 for your body/organs to function. Your daily intake has been way lower than that. According to Atkins, a woman must get b/w 1500-1800 calories to lose pounds successfully. Falling way short of that, it is understandable why you have been stuck for such a long time.

Eat. All I can say for you to start losing again is to eat. The science behind Atkins works only IF you let it. Eat 1500 calories a day (minimum) with 20 net carbs and you will start losing.

Yes, I agree with the above comments. Such low calorie intake throws the body off into stravation mode. Good luck!
