I would check to see if your scale is out of wack. That's a lot of weight to gain in 4 days, unless you have been binging like crazy for hours at a time. Put an object you know the weight of on the scale and see if it reads it accurately. If you have been on plan and your scale is okay, then it's most likely bloat from something. Make sure you are hydrated to flush out sodium.

Also, realize that even while dieting its not unheard of to gain some weight. People who follow scales are more likely to fail because they lack an accurate interpretation of changing bodies. Muscle weighs more than fat. That said, Suzi161 is right....11 lbs in 4 days while trying to lose is quite a bit. Reduce your sodium intake for a few days and see if that works. But remember.....dieting is about body fat not weight. Get a fat caliper ($10) to get a more accurate idea of how you're doing
