After yesterdays frusturation I buckled down a bit. I had a drop this morning to 128.6, I'm hoping it wasn't a fluke and i can stay the same or be even lower tomorrow. My one down fall is this delicious nut/fruit trail mix this girl brings to work and leaves out for everyone. I eat some every day and it's high in sugars.
Today I have to go over to victoria secret because my underwear is too big. I never thought that would happen, lol. Kind of like a few years ago when I dropped a few shoe sizes. It's one of those things I didn't think of. I also have to hit up the grocery store; I've found a lot of recipies to try this month and I perfer to have the ingredients on hand for when I'm ready to cook.
I've been doing tonig exercises 4 to 5 days a week, a mix of cruches, bicycle crunches, this pilate move that strengthes the lower abs and also leg lifts for the inside and outside of the thighs. I'd like to incorporate walking as part of my exercise. I'd like to do some type of exercise everyday. Does anyone have any tips on getting up at 5:30am to walk? I'd love to get my exercise in, in the morning but I can never manage to get out of bed.

I set my alarm and put it on the counter in my kitchen, so I have to get out of bed and walk out of my room to turn it off. That ussually gets me up and going. :)

If I figured out how to get out of bed early and exercise like you...well I'd be skinny like you lol!!!! ; )
