Had my body fat tested and I am down to 17.5%. Woo hoo!

good job!!! umm.. instant oatmeal is not that healthy.. try making regular (old fashion) and add stuff to it, like peanut butter, sweet and low, sugar free jam, nuts umm whatever u like ;) Much better than that pre-made stuff! Just my 5 cents :)
