There is nothing to forgive; in my opinion there are no forbidden foods. And you've certainly proven your ability to control your diet. Hope you enjoyed it.

Wow, I appreciate all the forgiveness and it's appreciated but I hope it's not for the sandwich. I don't apologize for the burger. The triple cheeseburger makes sense to me because it's quick, fast, convenient, and provided some of the nutrition I needed. The Mcdonald's is across the street from the gym and is very assessable. I apologize because I was so hungry that I took a bite out of it before I took the picture. I know other food choices may be better but this burger got the job done...

I want one with fries too! Just worry about yourl calorie total for the day, not necessarily what you choose to eat. Me, I have to have hamburgers or cheeseburgers every week per my health problems. And personally, I'm tired of fasting and having only a protein shake :( 🍔
