ok. lets see. Goals. I need to lose at least 23 pounds ( puts me at 146) but want to lose 39 ( 130). I started at 211 ( pregnant) was 189 after wards and am now staying at 169 10 weeks later. I am doing a food journal for this week to evaluate my eating habits and what needs to be changed.
