I'm sick of always feeling hungry. I need to figure out how to eat more filling calories. Last night my hubby made some tuna salad. I ate some with crackers. Actually, I ate 240 calories worth and it boosted me over my RDI.

My stomach is constantly growling and I'm about to snap. Oh well. I guess it's time to suck it up and move on.

No more whining. Let's just get this started on a good note!!!

I'm afraid I'm going to have to live on rabbit food (aka salad) for the next 6 months :( Why can't real food be as low in calories ? *sigh*

The key to not being hungry is to eat high protein, high fiber every few hours. Start your day with oatmeal and a banana. A couple hours later have an apple and a cheese stick. Then have a sandwich with protein, lettuce tomato with fruit. Pack a cooler full of food you enjoy. Greek yogurt is high in protein. Veggies and hummus. Tuna with lite mayo and whole wheat crackers. When you pair protein with high fiber you stomach stays fuller longer and eating every few hours keeps your blood sugar level. After about a week, you don't feel so hungry any more.

Banana's are really filling. I love eating them! Crackers seem to help to! I'm the same way. I feel hungry all the time. I'm hoping that stops soon! Keep at it girl!
