Getting so bored eating veggies and meat...

How are you eating them? I tend to eat the same breakfast everyday, and look forward to it. I have 4 scrambled eggs whites with some 50% rf cheese, and an Atkins bar. Then for lunch I have a huge salad with roasted chicken breast on it. Dinner is typically fish or chicken with a salad and steamed veggies or tofu noodles with asian sauce. I think you just have to get creative and make stuff that you really really like. My favorites are asian and mexican foods.

Add some variation by creating NEW recipes. Check out the casserole idea I posted on cobby's ASM thread. Creating new enjoyable recipes will get you out of the dieting duldrums...

check out LINDA"S LOW CARB MENUS.....http//www.genaw.com/lowcarb/index.html......There are some relyy eaasy receipes and lots can be made ahead and frozen. I freeze some of them per portion.

Sandra, there are a ton of recipes out that. Check out the sites and try some. Well worth it. I try at least one new recipe a week and I've found some really good ones. Never a boring moment and I actually look forward to cooking now.
