Up a little bit today, not unexpected. Dinner was rather large and heavy. Also dealing with some digestive problems this morning. ugh. Too much fiber the last few days me thinks. :P

Took the morning off from walking. But I will go later this afternoon and get in at least 3 miles. :P Hubby and Jules will probably go too. And if Jules gets fussy, I'll tell him to just go ahead and take her to the playground, so I can finish up the walk. My little brother and sister are possibly coming today. I haven't heard from their Mom today. So maybe not. Maybe on one of the upcoming weekends, I mentioned going to the park and we can all walk together, and let them play on the jungle gym. Bring along picnic stuffs and have a nice lunch out there.

For dinner tonight I think we'll either grill/bake chicken. And I have a butternut squash/apple recipe that I found in a magazine that I've been wanting to try. Sooo I think tonight is the night for it. :P If I'm lucky Jules will love it. I'll probably make a 1/2 serving of it. Sooo yeah. lol. And if it doesn't turn out well, I can always make a salad to go with dinner. lol. Maybe some corn on the cob too. Hmm. Haven't had corn in awhile.

My Bodymedia fit is Awesome! And using the total calories burned from the Bmf (4243) and subtracting my intake (1452) which I long on FS, I had a deficit of 2791 calories burned yesterday. So I'm starting to think, maybe I should up my calorie intake to 1600 or so....Seems like an awfully big deficit...Any feedback from my buddies on this matter is very appreciated. I knew I was active, but Damn, you know? Didn't expect I would burning that much per day... My 2yr old does keep me busy though.....She weighs in at 29.5lbs and there is alot of picking her up, wrestling her into clothing/diaper changes. lol.

Anywho, off to plan meals, change children, and Help hubby look stuff up about College. :)

Crap girl, you are burning a ton of calories. Take a look at my exercise calendar. I can never burn that much a day, but then again, my arse is planted in a chair all day. I record mine here as other with my steps and minutes of activity. Are you recording your calories in on your BMF site? I just put my total calories in there and don't record every meal. I would up the calories/day by probably eating more fat and protein. You will just have to experiment for what works for you. Are you hungry at all? If not, why mess, you are losing at a good rate.

I didn't burn nearly as much today. But I was rather tired and just not hungry. I'm barely at 1200 cals today. And I really wasn't hungry much. I ate simply because it was time to. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, Dinner. Ate a big supper, even if a bit late. Not use to cooking as much as I did. The Apple squash cinnamon dish really is something though. Delicious. Might look for a low calorie icecream to put it over. Mmm. I'm not really hungry during the day though. I pace myself, and if I even start to feel the littlest bit hungry, I eat something. I'll wait a few days and let the armband continue to record my calorie data. Burned 3400 total today. Ate 1200. Deficit: 2200.

Had to add a few things to my food journal. XD So I'm at 1315 consumed. So my deficit is a little bit lower. Still alot though. O.O It's 10pm here, so time to hit the shower, then bed. I get to go deal with Pre-school registration tomorrow morning. Night night.
