As of last night I have lost 2lbs already…YAY! I know it’s probably water weight, but like I said in my previous entry before I weighed myself I felt less puffy in my face and stomach, which I liked. So water weight or not I am happy with that! I am a bit worried about today…not about slacking on my diet, but about having enough to eat today during work. I was running late this morning and wasn’t able to get all the things I wanted to grab/cook. So I only have a bag of spring salad mix along with vinegar and oil, bacon (which I already ate), Atkins shake (had this morning as well), 1oz of cheddar cheese, 1 pork chop and a jello cup… that’s it! I am hoping that will carry me until I get home this evening, if not I will have to venture out at lunch and find some meat somewhere and I would really prefer to not have to do that. Eh, oh well, I should be alright until I get home tonight… again yay for 2lbs gone :-D I can’t wait to see the progress I’ve made in 1 week!
