This sucks but I have no one to blame but myself. I haven't been working out and I've been eating like a pig. One sure way to gain weight! My daughter's birthday is tomorrow. Sounds like a good day to start losing weight. Have to remember I'm not losing weight just for me to look better, but to feel better, be healthier, and live longer so I can enjoy more birthdays with my daughter.
