I'm so frusturated today! Yesterday I made baked french toast for my boyfriend so I had to try a piece. It's bad yes but I added it to my calories and didn't eat anything else the rest of the day. This morning the scale was back up to 129.8, I know it's great that I didn't gain from Monday's weigh in but I can't help but feel so frusturated. I've been stuck flucuating around the same weight for the last 3 weeks, I'm so ready for a loss!
I need to start adding some walks into my exercise. I was doing good with getting the dog out but I can't handle him by myself if he goes into "puppy mode" and gets hyper. My boyfriend always exercises him in the morning. I'll just have to make a point to either go by myself or to set a time with my boyfriend for all of us to go.
I'm making sure I consume 80oz of water before I leave work today. I know I was low on water consumption yesterday which doesn't help snacking. I also wore a pair of tighter pants today, a constant reminder that I'd like to be comfortable in these jeans.
On the brighter side, I didn't smoke any cigerattes yesterday, I'm hoping to do the same today. I also booked a vacation for my boyfriend, our dog, and myself. My boyfriend suggested camping so that we could bring the dog but neither of us have ever been camping. So instead we'll be going to DE to stay at a place my grandparents own. We can bring the dog and it's 20 minutes from the beach. I can't wait!

Your vacation sounds great!!! you did amazing not eating after the french toast... you are sooooo disciplined. And don't you worry about those jeans-they will be sliding up easily in no time!!
