dinner. baked duck breast with apples. It tastes fantastic with red dry wine. Not so healthy drink, but... I was working out for one and half hour so I don't have enough power to say "no" to myself

I think a glass of red wine sometimes is fine with such a nice meal.

Oats_the_whey, you a right! The problem is to say stop for myself after first glass of a good wine!

That's funny Dmytro. I have that problem with cookies. One glass of wine is sufficient for me and I have no temptation but one cookie never feels like enough.
