And so it begins! Today I'm beginning to restock my freezer with the meat, and frozen veggies, that will enable me to get started again with my low carb lifestyle. Frozen veggies are great, but I'll try to get fresh veggies, so I can eat fresh whenever possible. There's a farmer's market not too far from me so I may make a trip over there this week, or next. :-)

Sounds as if a whole lot of us are starting over! So happy to see you back in the swing of things! I just started back too. We can do this! You have a plan .... now plan a day and time in your schedule this week and get those veggies. Hugs!

Good luck, I would also recommend investing in a food scale to measure out your portions. I got one this week and it's been great.

Thanks for all the great support. And Danzig, thanks for the suggestion about the scale, but I already have two, and both are extremely accurate; so I will be using them.
