Totally lost it with the snacks today during work. SO MANY SNACKS. SO UNNECESSARY. I don't understand what I was thinking. I wasn't thinking but I don't understand how that happens. How am I so dumb and lack so much self control that I eat like that? I should just not go for it. But I knew I had calories left so I let myself have one. But then I didn't stop. Annoying. Hoping for a better day tomorrow!

Snacking is good, so long as you make those snacks mini meals and shrink your main meals to suit.
