O.K. Here I go again... finally focused after the holidays to get this done. I do it every year. I get serious about eating well and loosing weight. Most years I get to or almost achieve my target weight. but keeping it off year round seems to be not in my future. I love food... no excuses... I eat what I want... not because of habit or some clinical theory but for the taste. I do over eat and that's were I go astray. so until I hit my target weight of 165lbs I will be cutting out all deserts including chocolate tidbits, cookies and other "extra" foods and sweets until I hit my goal. I am happy to have my wife and friend joining me this year. She has already lost over 10lbs and is looking and feeling great.. I will still eat well but much less. One meal after 6pm for dinner.
