40g rolled oat, 300ml air+protein shake(yg aku pake ini) atau susu, toping sesuai selera, Memasak: campurkan 40g rolled oat dan 300ml cairan yg mau di pakai diamkan di kulkas semalaman besoknya bs ditambah toping apapun
