I know how you feel. I actually GAINED 1.5 lbs between the last weigh-in (Fri.) and today. I was so bummed. I've been working my butt off walking on the treadmill. Did some P90X yesterday with a few minutes of walking afterwards, and I STILL put on weight. WTH! I haven't give up though. Like you, I treated myself to some favorite foods on Saturday, but still remained picky about what I ate too. Ugh. I can see this is going to be a really bumpy roller-coaster ride. And to think, I used to love roller coasters! lol
