Grrrr!!! 152.8

I've got to get my act together. Starting clean today. Yesterday is yesterday. Today and tomorrow are what counts =)

I believe my downfall is that I now have more time on my hands and it's harder to not to over eat.
So I've got to get a better game plan on my time management and playing on FB does NOT count, lol.

The following is what I want to keep track of:

BF Meal: One grapefruit
BF Time: 3:30pm
Eating Window Ended @: 6:30pm
Calories: 1473
Carbs: 101
Exercise: No
