So I'm gonna make myself look a right numpty here but do u all weigh ur food after u cook it cos iv just realised it weighs less, 1 had 125g raw mushroom n steamed them after they weighed 100g I'm counting the cals now n it might not be much but its something if that makes sense at all??

Hi Heather, I weigh mine raw as it's more convenient for me. Depending on how I cook things and whether they absorb water, sauce etc I find it more confusing to weigh cooked.

I weigh raw too. I think any nutrition info on package is for raw weight cooked as specified
