With the new information regarding her kidneys not working well and the seizure she had I would hazard to guess she ma have had a cardiac arrest secondary to an elevated potassium level. Let me know down the line what the autopsy shows. I would be interested.

Not negligence on the medical team’s part but her fear of getting medical care may certainly have lead to her untimely passing.
