I am sorry for your loss. I have heard that a few months after being vaccinated you are worse off than unvaccinated if you catch covid.

I lost my husband on Jan 22nd of last year of Covid. I know that your pain and disbelief will subside but know that there is comfort in his memory, your family and friends.

Tr3– If her Covid variant was Omicron, it has a ver short incubation period of just 3-4 days. But, typically , amongs people who are FULLY vaccinated (two jabs and the booster) who get a breakthrough case, the symptoms are very mild lasting as little as one day. Death is being seen in the breakthrough cases bu very RARE. Sepsis, to my knowledge, is.not a classic clinical picture of an Omnicron related death. One might ask where the source of the sepsis was. There is a tendency to link all deaths in patients who have tested positive to the virus and that may not actually be the case in your cousin. I will do a little deeper research and see if I can come up with reliable information that might change or contradict my answer.  

I am sorry for your loss! Sometimes in young people the immune system overreacts and shuts down its own organs. t was happening before vaccination was available, so it is not uncommon especially in someone strong actually. The asthma just might have increased the response in the lungs too. So sorry!

Love you Tr3!!!❤️ Dang, she was gorgeous!🌺 Sepsis took my mom & my FIL! It’s when you have been fighting a very bad infection that leads to your immune system being way down and it’s overreacting and strained, you can feel like you recovered, but either this same infection or a new infection sneaks in and slowly, yet quickly, takes over, poisoning whats left of your immune system. It’s like a sneak attack! 🥲 It’s so so fast! It’s an extremely hard battle to fight, for the infection literally is taking over your body, very scary! I am so sorry, no words, except your FS family is here for you!!💕 It’s very unfair!!!☹️

Kenna and Shrew thanks for all the info I got new update that she was suffering from some kidney problem before getting infected with Covid and wasn't flushing toxin and bacteria out of her body therefore, it went into her blood stream and she waited too long to get medical care because she was afraid of being incubate when she finally got to them her body didn't respond to any treatment and already had kidney failure and went down hill from there we are now requesting an autopsy
