capris size 8 - feels good!! alittle tight but hey I GOT them buttoned, and I can sit down. Much happier than I was a year ago in a size 16, on my small 5.4 frame it was awful. wish my weight chart didn't have so many zigzags though.
A guy at work came into my office to say hi and saw what I was doing. and said I didn't need to worry about it that I'm fine. Whille it made me smile I can't accept it yet. I need to lose alittle more and tone up alot. He said I need to quit comparing myself to the other two girls in my office. One is a dancer and he said the other is getting fat. Oh no!
This morning I got up and did my core syn video which is alot of pushups. can't get very far down but feel I do them alot better and did some against the wall too. recovery week 8
