Hello,

I started the Fat Smash On today, phase one and this is the only diet ("lifestyle change") that I am eating my fav foods and I'm really FULL! For lunch I had one cup of brown rice and one cup of lentils (my famous recipe) and I'm supposed to eat again in another hour and I don't know if I can. I pray that I lose 9 pounds in the next 2 weeks which is what others lose during this detox phase. Last week I worked out 5 days! Yeah me! With work and church and my busy schedule, that's a real accomplishment. Happy Smashing! (Fat that is! :)
