I can't seem to get it right today. 194.5 is the correct number. I have been eating poorly. Under much stress and not going to worry about this until I get past this challenging problem...step 1 is a few days. step 2 is October 9th. Of course at that time I might feel worse. Can only handle one thing at a time and this is not going to be my priority.
