It's the week before Christmas and all was not quite as a mouse. Deep within the garage gym I trained and rocked out the house! Visions of PR's and violent deadlifts danced in my head. And fear of not breaking them I did dread. Ahhh.... I'm kidding guys! I took this week off from my day job. I love it when I get to do that because it gives me a chance to rest well and train hard. Believe it or not, but I also eat better. We all get in a rut from time to time. For me that's when I try to balance office work and daily life.
